. „Must have passed the government`s technical typewriter examination by the higher grade in Telugu on a standard government keyboard. In the exercise of the powers conferred by the reservation of Article 309 of the Constitution of India and all other powers, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Ministerial Service Regulations, 1998, published in G.O.Ms.No.261, Department of General Administration (Ser.B), of 14 July 1998 and published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. I, extraordinary, dated from the 29th. October 1998 and as subsequently amended from time to time:- „Must have passed the State Technical Examinations in Shorthand and Typewriter in the Upper Class in English conducted by the State Council of Technical Education of the Government of Andhra Pradesh and for the Telugu language, must have passed the Government Technical Examinations in the Upper Class Typewriter in Telugu, conducted by the State Council of Technical Education of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, or must have passed the computer-based Telugu Typing Aptitude Test conducted by the State Council of Technical Education and Training, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, and must also have passed the Government`s technical examinations for short higher grade in Telugu or any other equivalent qualification“. The government has decided to introduce the „Computer-Based Telugu Typing Proficiency Test“ as an alternative and equivalent qualification to the current Telugu typing test, with a view to replacing manual typewriters with computers and the general digitization of governance. In the fourth reading of G.O. above, orders were issued that prescribe the curriculum and examination model for the computer-based typing Telugu aptitude test. The State Council for Technical Education and Training (SBTET) organises the examinations twice a year. In the department of general administration (services) of the G.O. mentioned above, other necessary measures have been requested accordingly. i.

Compared to category 4 „Assistant in the offices of heads of division/directorate“ for the existing entry (ii) of column 3, the following is replaced by the following: „Must have passed the government`s technical shorthand and typewriter technical examination in the relevant language conducted by the State Council of Technical Education of the Government of Andhra Pradesh or any other equivalent qualification.“ Rules – Rules of the Ministerial Service of Andhra Pradesh, 1998 – Amendments – Notification – Ordinances – Published. Accordingly, the following notice is published in the former ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Dat:07.09.2022:- „Must have passed the computer-based Telugu typing aptitude test conducted by the State Council of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh“. iii. in relation to category 2 `Main stenographer (English or Telugu)` of Class B, entry (ii) in column (3) is replaced by the following: -. The Government, after careful consideration of the matter, has decided and hereby ordered that the computer-based Telugu typing aptitude test to be conducted by the State Council of Technical Education and Training of Andhra Pradesh should constitute an alternative and equivalent qualification to the Government`s current technical typewriter examination by the Higher Diplomas in Telugu.
